If a certain exercise is too difficult, first go back to the previous one and build it up step by step, take your time
Which Steel Mace should I start with:
Always start with a 4 kg Steel Mace, why, you can perform all exercises fluently with this.
Afterwards you can build up to 6kg, 8kg, 12 kg, 16 kg 20 kg and 25 kg
The best starter set:
As a STARTER SET I recommend 4+6+8 kg. With this set you can go very well for the first year
